KUSA Nairobi ready to raid Kakamega

The KUSA National Playoffs start in Kakamega on Friday the 21st and run through Sunday the 23rd as KUSA Western Conference welcomes the Nation to town. KUSA Nairobi contingent will be descending upon Kakamega with one mission, to take the western region by storm. Our teams are ready to reign supreme come tomorrow when the games kickoff. Nairobi emerged the best conference at the National Playoffs held in Eldoret last year and the mighty conference will once again be aiming to put teams to the sword.

KUSA Nairobi are the reigning Champions in Soccer Men, Basketball Men & Women, Volleyball Men & Women, Hockey Men & Women, Handball Men & Women. USIU the defending Basketball Men and Women Champions did not qualify and Strathmore who are the defending Hockey Women and Handball Men defending champions moved to NASOKUSA at the start of the season but still yet KUSA Nairobi will come in full force.

Kenyatta University and USIU will carry the conference mantle in Soccer Men as KU and MKU represent the Women as they aim to capture the elusive Womens Soccer title. Zetech basketball teams will be making an appearance at the nationals accompanied by KU Men the JKUAT Lynx.

Volleyball heavyweights St Paul’s Men and Women teams will be out to defend their titles alongside JKUAT men and KU Women as JKUAT and KU strive to claim Gold in Hockey Men. USIU Spartans will aim to continue their impressive form flanked by Kenyatta University.

Surprise handball men champions St Paul’s University will continue their fairytale in Kakamega with last year’s Silver Medalists MKU. Defending Women Champions MKU and Runners Up KU will do the honors among the Women. Netball powerhouses JKUAT and KU will be aiming to dethrone MMUST in Netball Women.

Its going to be a very exciting weekend as the conference aims to defend the title. Ready or not here comes KUSA Nairobi Conference.
